Conference ticket

Each booth will receive a FREE entry ticket to the conference presentations. We'll be sharing the ticket with your booth on Wednesday. Don't miss out on the valuable insights and knowledge!

The exhibition area is admission free and companies can invite their customers to visit their stands even if their customers are not participating in the ITK Conference.

At ITK, we offer customizable booth options that can be tailored to your specific wishes and needs. Please note that floor plans are subject to change as we work to accommodate everyone.

Current customers have the opportunity for pre-reservation of their exhibition spaces. After this period, any remaining stands will be made available for the open market. Don't miss out on securing your spot!

"Tuudo" is the designated mobile application for the ITK Conference, and it appears to offer valuable features for navigating the event, including access to exhibition booths, presentation halls, and special information.

If you're an exhibitor looking to include links to your special presentation websites, you should follow the instructions provided by the event organizers or within the "Tuudo" app to submit your site address (URL). This will help attendees easily access your content.

To access more information about exhibition booths, table places, and rooms, and to view their prices, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the e-commerce website itkshop.fi.

  2. Select the "Free exhibition booths" category.

  3. You will now see a list of exhibition booths, table places, and rooms available, in numeric order.

  4. Click on the specific booth or place you are interested in to view more detailed information, including some photos and pricing.

Free exhibition booths

Selecting "Free exhibition booths" will narrow down your options and make it easier to identify and reserve an available space for the ITK Conference. This process should help you access all the necessary details about available exhibition spaces for the ITK Conference. Thanks for sharing this additional detail!

Click your selection to add it to the shopping cart and provide your contact information. Your exhibition space is now reserved for you. You will immediately receive an e-invoice or a PDF invoice, based on your selection. The reservation fee is 20% of the exhibition space price. The reservation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The remaining 80% of the exhibition space price will be billed separately approximately 45 days before the conference.
